If the fan won't open, you may need a new arm assembly. They aren't very expensive or overly complicated to replace. You can find videos on YouTube. Just make sure you find the right one. I replaced that same one last year and the arm I got was slightly different, but I was able to make it work. I clean the interior mostly with a, broom, a vacuum, and a damp cloth. I use regular carwash and a product called "The Last Coat" on the outside. I use a product from The Last Coat called, CeraTrim on the external plastic trim. I clean the roof with a bit of Dawn dish soap and a cloth

I don't have any suggestions on the window. For the time being you should always seal the crack with some silicone sealant or something, until you track down a replacement.

I hope this helps. Good luck!

Have you been able to find one?

If you aren't able to find a Camplite, there are other good options that are probably more available in Canada. Have you looked at Safari Condo? They were one of the travel trailers I was looking at, but they were almost impossible to find used in the US.

Not sure, but I would guess it's not likely.

I'd say if you can find a good one online several states away, it's worth the road trip to check it out and possibly buy it. Your best bet is probably to keep searching and be patient.

Thread revival.

Short answer is yes.

WD and anti-sway will make a noticable difference, but be careful not to go to high with the weight rating on the bars.

I tow a 21BHS with my F150 and I use a Blue Ox 750. A 1000 would probably be fine, but to high and it will be a rougher ride, as well as rough on the trailer.

Hey, new here. Will be picking up a 2017 Camplite 21bhs in a week. Had a pop-up back in 2011-2012.
