Any advise, before I try to seal this 6.0 that leaked on all corners and all seams during a pretty stormy night recently. I did perform the spray down in the beginning. The dealer I purchased it from said to spray water treatment and seam seal, but should we have to do this on a new tent? Isn't there a warrant for this? Unfortunately, I purchased this, new, from a long distance away.

The warrant for a new camper should be one year. It does not need to go to the original seller. If you contact KZ, they can give you a list of repair shops. Any Thor Authorized shop should be able to work on it under warranty.
