Where is the converter (120v to 12v) located? Ours stopped working and we want to disconnect it and go solar.

The location of your fuse box and breakers under the cooker is where the converter is located.  One screen holding on the trim for the door and four screws to back out the converter.  Make sure you properly cap and  terminate all the AC & DC wires you disconnect or you could be creating a potential shock or fire hazard. You could replace it as another option too.  etrailer.com can assist you with that option.
