Mine has ribbed aluminum flooring and no give.  What is your flooring material?

Another way to kill two birds with one stone is a surface mounted circuit breaker like this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DIGK346/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. It is waterproof.

It provides for a breaker to protect the wire from the battery, that most RVs never have for some reason as well as a switch. I mounted mine on the unused break away battery box after I rewired the brakeaway switch directly to the house battery.

I will try your circuit breaker idea.  Can you elaborate on the brakeaway switch. Isn't that separate for safety purposes? Or is it separate in case the 12V is dead?

I finished my table modification.  I used a simple water pipe swivel design I saw on YouTube.  Now it swings out of the way.  It quickly and easily converts to a bed base. I like it a lot.

The table has to be 34" in one direction to function as the sofa bed.

I am still looking for a table top that is 34" long and  24"-28" wide at most.  The original table is too bulky.  I am probably going to build it myself since I've had no luck finding one.

I replaced the switches on the vortex fans with a 12v fan controller (don't use the low voltage PMW switch has to be an automotive type blower motor switch), at lower speeds the vortex is quiet and you can't beat the price. The original click switches are junk.

IIRC the maxxair and fantastic fans are not direct replacements and you have to completely remove the old fan including the frame.
klaker, are you saying that you replaced the push button switch with an automotive
type multi-speed switch?  is it a dial or 2 speed?  What brand did you use?

We damaged our CL11FK table too, exposing foam interior.  Although the table is light, the angle needed to get it out caused me to gently drop it on the floor and it busted the formica edging.  Wondering if anyone has replaced this table with something more durable?
Also, I don't like the design - have to completely remove the table-bed to get into the under-seat storage.

I would also be interested in a mod that would solve this problem.  Now I've damaged the table edge (exposing the foam interior) and will need to repair/replace the table.  Any ideas?

Here you go.
Thanks for the pictures.  I see you've installed a bike rack on the back of the trailer.  How is it attached?

I've been wondering about the best place to put one?:
(A) use a dual hitch to put the rack above my hitch on the back of my tow vehicle
(B) buy an A-frame mounted bike rack
(c) mount a bike rack receiver on the back of the trailer.  Don't know if existing aluminum bumper can hold that?

Anyone have experience with these?  Which is best for towing stability?
