Back in early July, the axle on our Quicksilver trailer broke.  Initially, we received great response from Living Lite about this incident.  We were provided a new axle and were promised that we would be reimbursed for the labor and towing.  We are still waiting for reimbursement and our queries about this are being ignored.  Very disappointed!

We have 2016 Quicksilver 10.0 trailer with approximately 2500 miles of travel.  This last weekend, the left axle coming off the torsion arm, sheared behind the wheel  bearing.  The tire went flying off the road and left side of the trailer impacted the road.  There was no discernable reason for the shearing.  Fortunately, we were only going about 25 mph at the time of the event and there was no on coming traffic.  Is this a common event with Quicksilver trailers?  Was there a recall on these trailers that we are not aware of?
