Title: Lot of Left Over Residue
Post by: RoelH on June 20, 2021, 11:08:08 PM
Hi Community, Myself Roel,

I simply bought a 2016 Livin Lite Quicksilver Coleman 10. It's in superb form besides the bottom of the tonneau cowl has left a sticky resident at the bottoms of the bunks. I've attempted washing the bunk bottoms with a moderate detergent and Simple Green, neither has worked. Any suggestions? I've ordered a brand new Tonneau, with a purpose to restore the hassle going forward, however I'd want to get the gunk wiped clean up.

Regards,

Scrape your fingernail over it. Does it feel raised? If so, residue. If it feels sunken in you'll need to investigate further but it could potentially be rust.
