Title: New 10.0 owner
Post by: kimntaylor on June 29, 2018, 05:40:03 PM
Just picked up my used 2012 10.0 quicksilver last pm.
Excited as this is a secondary camper for us to travel light
We have a permanent camper in the mtns and want this to see the country
New to these and excited to join their group to learn and bond!
Need new cover as I look more today and that will be my first extra investment

What type of cover are you searching for. i heard they keep in the moisture, we bought a 16 x 22' canopy for our 16BS TT and it works perfecty.

I used a cheap blue tarp with pool floation noodles on top, to allow air circulation, to cover our 6.0 camper.  Enjoy!

My vinyl cover is shot...another being fitted and made right now...

I have a regular travel trailer and I never cover because of moisture concern
My issue with this quicksilver is the new vinyl cover I am getting will just be weather exposed all the time and age fast as well
Anyone cover the vinyl cover with a regular trailer cover as well?  The vinyl already causes moisture so would an extra layer really mattter?  Thoughts?

Welcome!!  :) I have a 10.0 camper and we (wife and 2 girls) are loving it.  I am looking to buy the awning kit if anyone has one for sale.

We repurposed a 12 X 12 camping awing on our 6.0 by adding a mating zipper to it.
