Hi, I bought it new. It is in excellent condition. New Goodyear Marathon Tire's. We are located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It is all aluminum. It has roof top air conditioner (never used) I have always covered the air conditioner, awning and tires when not in use. Queen bed, jack knife couch, camp lite rugs. Email me at [email protected]. The trailer has LED lighting throughout, installed a awning lock for safe travel, new vent covers as well. I painted undercoating in all of the wheel wells to seal and protect.
