Caribbean Med School – Is it Worth It in 2025?

Hey everyone,
I've been researching different Caribbean med schools lately and wanted to know if anyone here has experience studying there. How's the quality of education and clinical rotations compared to U.S. or Canadian schools?

Also, are the graduates able to match into U.S. residencies easily these days? I've seen mixed reviews online — some say the Caribbean route is great for students who didn't get into U.S. schools, while others say it's getting tougher.
