Morning brain dump from Montpelier: my dad can't drive for a bit after a meds change, and his follow-ups are all over the place—cardio in WRJ, primary in town, PT on the west side. Family can cover some rides, but weekdays are rough. Has anyone set up rides plus someone to sit in the waiting room and help get him home after? I've seen TLC HomeCare mentioned for transportation and accompaniment. Curious how flexible the scheduling is and if they do quick pharmacy stops on the way back.

We ran into this exact puzzle last fall in White River Junction. The caregiver showed up a few minutes early, helped with the jacket and walker, drove my uncle, waited through the appointment, and then swung by the pharmacy. A nurse checked in the first week and adjusted the plan when mornings proved busier. I actually found their info while reading about travel nursing in New England, and it helped me understand how rides and "door-through-door" help work here. Tip: ask for a trial day and have them jot simple visit notes so everyone stays in sync.
