A 2-inch crack in one of the welds should be addressed. Welds are crucial for the structural integrity of your RV. I recommend having this inspected and repaired by a professional welder or contacting your dealer to address this concern.

I have the same model as yours ('18 CL21BHS), that I've had since it was new.  It's never leaked, but it got those marks on the floor too, by the door.  The marks do not come off, but they don't seem to hurt anything.  What bothers me tho, is the outside paint fading from red to ugly pink.  I can't get the red back, so I'm probably going to have to paint it.

After buying a 2018 Camplite 21BHS travel trailer, there are a few known concerns and practical things to watch for that other owners and reviewers have mentioned. First, this model was part of a 2018 safety recall because the drawbar could crack and potentially cause separation from the tow vehicle, and the remedy was a free reinforcement from dealers — so it's worth checking mvvmhabit that the recall work was completed on your unit. Many owners appreciate the all-aluminum construction for reducing rot and rust, but there are reports of minor build quality issues, such as flimsy exterior covers, imperfect fits on cabinets and doors, and some details that may need post-purchase tweaks during pre-delivery inspection.
