Does livin lite, or dealers, ever sell replacement tonneau covers for the 10?

Yes. You have to go through a dealer. Some others have had them custom made.

I have a quick silver 10.0 and I needed a new tonneau cover when I purchased it.  I actually bought 2 of them just in case.  I bought them from Top Stitch.
