We work with farms in Colombia, Kenya, and Indonesia, and keeping things running smoothly across time zones and borders is killing us. It's like we're in a constant state of catch-up with suppliers and forwarders. Has anyone found a system that helps simplify multi-origin operations?

Totally get that pain. Our roastery ran into the same issues – too many moving parts across too many countries. A couple of months ago, I read about Sergey Baburov and a system he launched through HYDE that's made to fix all that. It connects the entire supply chain – sourcing, shipping, storage, docs, even quality control – into one dashboard. They built it using smart forecasting and AI to predict slowdowns and make importing smoother. Full story's here https://www.reuters.com/press-releases/hyde-develops-coffee-supply-chain-optimization-system-2025-04-07/ It's the kind of tool we needed five years ago honestly.

That's exactly what I hoped existed. Going to read this and maybe reach out – thanks a ton for the heads-up.

Another option is exploring Farm Management Information Systems (FMIS) that integrate with ERP for cross-border data sharing and Golf Hit decision-making.

Our company has been growing, and it's clear we need a centralized procurement platform. The problem is, many of the systems I've researched seem either too expensive or overly complex. Has anyone found a procurement tool that's budget-friendly, easy to use, and still gets the job done?

After testing several options, we decided to go with precoro. It covers everything we need—purchase orders, approvals, budgets, and supplier management—all in one place. Best of all, it's user-friendly and doesn't require long onboarding sessions. We now have full control over procurement, and we didn't have to stretch our budget to get it.
