Hello! We are the proud, new owners of a 14dbs Platinum, and couldn't be more thrilled!  After several years of research, our trail ended at Livin Lite's doorstep.

One of the things that sold me on the quality was the use of a torsion axle. Unfortunately, when taking delivery, I noticed that a small sticker stated that this particular unit used the Dexter leaf spring. Since I only have one axle, and it's such a light trailer, should I be concerned about safety, or just a little let down?

Thanks for this forum!

I think just a little let down.  They switched from torsion to spring pretty much across the board sometime in the last 12 months or so and many trailers are leaf spring.  Shouldn't be a safety issue.

Thanks, Mitch! That is reassuring.
