Is it possible to travel with a dog to the Netherlands by bus?

I traveled from Uzhhorod to Rotterdam last month and brought my small dog along, so I wanted to share how that worked out. I had everything ready — chip, vaccinations, passport. On the day of travel, the driver checked the documents quickly, no drama at all. They put me in a seat near the back to avoid disturbing other passengers, which I appreciated. The bus was clean, temperature was fine, and we had stops every 3–4 hours where I could take the dog outside. At the EU border, they just checked her passport and moved on.
