Texas land at an affordable price

I moved to the US about half a year ago and I am looking for land in Texas to farm as I have done it all my life in my home country. I don't have a credit history in the US yet, maybe you know of a company that sells land and has in-house financing?

And where are you from and did you raise livestock or farm there? I have a friend who does farming and he found affordable Texas land on the Texas Greener Pastures website for only $12,000 an acre, but if it is farming there are some requirements for the land and if it is ranching then others. Do you have any start-up capital? I know they have financing options, so you should sign up for a consultation with them or another company they recommend.
