Tonneau for long-distance road trips

I do a lot of road trips and need a bed cover that keeps my luggage and gear protected over long distances and multiple climates. It'll be exposed to sun, rain, dust, and sometimes snow. Something that won't flap around at high speeds or start leaking after a few months. Ideas?
