Warranty not being honored

Hello,

Back in early July, the axle on our Quicksilver trailer broke.  Initially, we received great response from Living Lite about this incident.  We were provided a new axle and were promised that we would be reimbursed for the labor and towing.  We are still waiting for reimbursement and our queries about this are being ignored.  Very disappointed!

We had received the same during April. But still waiting for the good news from Living Lite . Sometimes we all feel frustrated.
