What are the advantages of Adjustment of Status for EB-3?

A year has passed and I finally waited for my PERM application to be processed. And now I have to file an I-140 (Immigrant Worker Petition). I think what should I choose Adjustment of Status or Consular Processing. I was really thinking about the first option.
