Humber College or Another Institution? Choosing the Right College

I'm currently deciding between Humber College and a few other Canadian institutions for my studies. I love Humber's focus on practical education, but I also want to keep my options open for future academic pursuits.

Since I might apply for a PhD later, I want to start preparing a solid SOP for PhD early on. Does anyone here have experience with Humber's programs leading to PhD opportunities? How well does Humber's education prepare students for higher studies?
