tires are rubbing on wheel well trim...

I've got a 13 BHB and my tires are rubbing on the plastic trim around the outside of the wheel wells. The left side rubbed enough to break the trim.
The tires are stock size.
Have any of you had the same problem?

In another similar case it was discovered that LL installed the wrong axle which let the tire go up too far into the wheel well. Get the axle data from a sticker on the side of the cross arm and call LL to check.
