tongue jack wheel

We're used to rolling our T@B around quite easily, and the QS should be similarly easy.  However, the small wheel on the tongue jack does not like to change directions, and chatters and complains.  Is it possible to replace it with something that will roll more easily?  Thanks

The box says that it can handle 600 lbs. of tongue weight, but their site says 600 lbs trailer. I would just be careful with it. If it breaks, I'm only out $48.

I use a trailer dolly purchased from Harbor Freight as well and it has made moving my trailer about very easy.  Highly recommend them.
