Selling our 2012 13BHB. 2nd owner. Used for a few trips each summer. Installed a 3rd bunk over the dinette (we are a family of 5). Happy to facetime / zoom for anyone who is interested.

If you're looking for a place to stay during the Solar Eclipse, have you thought about buying a camper...?  :o
