Furnace will not turn on.  We have full propane tanks

Is the fan kicking on when you switch the thermostat on? Or is the furnace just not lighting? If it is just not lighting, I would make sure you purge any air out of the propane system. Turn your stove on and see if it lights first try or takes a minute.

When it comes to cleaning, pressure washers are an absolute game changer. They make cleaning tasks a breeze, saving you time and energy while still delivering impressive results. However, if you're looking for a pressure washer, you might want to consider getting an electric pressure washer instead of a gas-powered one. https://pressurewasherdaily.com/best-car-wash-soap-for-pressure-washer/

This suggestion is pretty good. Types of using gas are too outdated. We can consider with electric pressure machine.

Agree that the solution provided was rational. But did you clean this furnace by yourself? I am not that skilled, and in a way I do envy you. However, maybe because I don't have enough time. I have a few issues in my garage I have to tackle. For instance, I asked conditioning duct cleaning services to come and solve some cleaning issues for me. So maybe I will ask them to help withe furnace too. Will you find this fair?
