11FK Electrical Issues

Having trouble with 11FK electrical issues. Plugged into 20 amp RV Park service. AC and refrigerator went out. Plugged into 30 amp service to no avail. Battery was drained when I got home 3.25 volts. Shouldn't the converter been charging the battery? Thanks.

Did you ever get an answer to your question?
I was plugged in to 30 amp and AC ran but lights dimmed and battery was drained at same time.
Any ideas?
